Authenticity can be both amplified and suppressed in a tech-driven world. This discussion centers on where technology supports "bringing your authentic self to work" and where technology "misses the moment". Participants will learn of practical examples of technology rising to the occasion and will leave with an understanding of the steps they need to take in their career to recognize how they can reduce bias within the procurement, design and delivery processes for the technology they engage with.
