Through stories of career pivots and problem-solving, you'll hear how embracing a clear vision, staying open to innovation, and adapting to change can unlock new possibilities . How to Use A.I. to Accelerate Your Career

 Krista Ewing, Learning Program Director of AI Education at Elevance Health/Anthem, will lead this interactive session, introducing A.I. fundamentals in a highly accessible way, ensuring participants understand the key concepts of the technology. The session will explore the current landscape of A.I.-powered HR tools, offering practical strategies for navigating algorithms to land interviews, whether for a new job or a promotion. Attendees will also learn how to leverage personalized A.I. tools to practice for interviews, receive targeted coaching, and refine resumes, giving them a competitive edge in their job search.

Responsible AI for the Discerning Techie

In this session presented by Infosys, Christine Stiles will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices required for the responsible development and deployment of AI systems. She will cover key themes and topics that are essential for ensuring ethical and responsible AI practices. These include AI regulations, governance, and the Responsible by Design principles. Additionally, Christine will explore the foundational principles of Responsible AI. The goal of this session is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure that AI technologies are developed and deployed in an ethical and responsible manner.


After DEIA, Now What?

 Join moderator Sinead Aylward, Senior Director of IT: Customer Experience & Service Excellence Platforms at Johnson Controls, for an insightful panel discussion on how to navigate the challenges following DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) attacks. This session will explore strategies for moving forward, creating resilient workplaces, and sustaining DEIA initiatives in the face of adversity. Panelists will share their perspectives on overcoming obstacles, fostering inclusive environments, and maintaining progress despite setbacks. 

Leading Through Change: Adaptability and Emotional Intelligence ,

 Join Bette Smith, Principal at Destra Consulting Group, for an engaging breakout session that explores the powerful intersection of change leadership and emotional intelligence. As 90% of organizations undergo digital transformation, tech leaders are guiding their teams through uncertain times. This session will focus on how adaptability, confidence, and empathy can drive effective leadership during periods of change. Bette will provide participants with practical tools to lead with resilience, helping teams navigate change while staying aligned and motivated throughout the transformation process. 

Table Talk Activity

 Join Kim Richman for an interactive table talk session where we’ll tackle the challenges you're facing, big or small. Whether it's improving your routine for better habits or finding ways to engage a new board member, sometimes an outside perspective is all it takes to uncover new solutions. Bring one problem you’re currently facing in your life, and together, we’ll split into small groups to share advice and insights. You’ll gain perspectives from people with diverse careers, experiences, and ages, offering fresh ideas and innovative solutions to help you move forward. 

Closing Keynote: Top Takeaways & Raffle Wrap-Up

 Join us for an engaging closing keynote that will highlight the top takeaways from all the sessions. Since it’s impossible to attend every session, our speakers will return to the stage to share their key insights and reflections. As we finish up, we’ll also be drawing for our raffle prizes, making it a memorable and enjoyable way to conclude the day!
